Travel prices move while you are still deciding, so instead of booking today, you lock today’s price by paying a small amount, then take up to 90 days to confirm annual leave, wait for a visa, keep saving, or talk it over, without worrying that the price will jump beyond your protection limit.

A small payment, split two ways
Instead of a deposit, you pay a Travel Lock Payment, typically around 12% of the price. It is split into two parts, and we tell you both before you commit.
Booking Credit: always yours
The larger part. If you go ahead, it comes off your final balance. If you don’t, it becomes Travel Wallet Credit for a future trip. Either way, it stays yours.
Price Lock Fee: the premium
The smaller part pays for holding the price, monitoring the market, and the flexibility. Like an insurance premium, it isn’t returned, because the service is delivered the moment you lock. You already understand this from insurance: if you don’t claim, the premium isn’t refunded.
Protected, within a clear limit
We don’t promise an unlimited guarantee, because no honest business could. Instead, every lock comes with a Price Protection Limit. If the price rises, we cover the increase up to that limit. Only if it rises beyond the limit do you pay the capped difference, and never more.
The promise, in plain terms
Lock today’s price with built-in protection for up to 90 days. It’s priced from real market data for your exact route and dates, not a flat guess. If prices rise beyond your protection limit, you’ll only pay the capped difference. If you change your mind, your Booking Credit becomes Travel Wallet Credit for your next adventure.
Which lock you get
Flex30, Flex60 or Flex90
You don’t wade through options. We assess each trip in real time, weighing this route’s actual recent price trend from live search traffic, a calendar of known high-demand windows (school holidays, Christmas, Easter), the booking window, and the fare or room rate itself, then price the lock accordingly. You simply see something like “This trip qualifies for Flex90.” A calmer route costs less and covers more; a genuinely volatile one costs a little more and covers a little less, because the risk we’re actually carrying is real, not the same flat number for everyone.
A handful of trips won’t qualify at all: basic economy fares and hotel rates that aren’t fully refundable can’t be locked, because their own terms don’t guarantee the price or the room will still be there. That’s not caution for its own sake. It’s exactly why the trips that do qualify come with a real, capped guarantee rather than an empty one.
Flights and accommodation
Priced, locked and booked separately
We present a flight and a stay together so you can see the whole trip, and you can lock the price on either or both. They are never sold as a package. Each is booked directly with its supplier, under that supplier’s own terms, with its own price, its own lock and its own confirmation. N8Go Travel acts as your agent and does not sell package holidays.
