Points & Travel Wallet policy
Last updated 28 July 2026
This policy covers N8Go Points, our loyalty programme, and Travel Wallet Credit, the account balance they and Travel Lock cancellations convert into. It applies to every account, whether or not you hold a paid Membership.
1. Earning N8Go Points
You earn N8Go Points automatically, with no action needed, when you:
- complete a confirmed flight or accommodation booking, on the price you actually paid;
- activate a Travel Lock, on the Travel Lock Payment made;
- complete a purchase through the Marketplace (insurance, eSIMs, lounge passes and similar add-ons).
A paid Membership tier multiplies the points earned on all of the above; the exact multiplier for your tier is shown on the membership pricing page and in your account. A Free Account earns at the base rate.
Points are earned once a booking, Travel Lock or Marketplace purchase is genuinely confirmed. If a booking is later cancelled or refunded, or a Travel Lock is reversed, we may deduct the points that were awarded for it.
2. Redeeming N8Go Points
Points can be redeemed for Travel Wallet Credit once your balance reaches the minimum redemption threshold shown in your account. The amount of Travel Wallet Credit you will receive is always shown to you before you confirm a redemption, so you know exactly what you are converting before you do it.
Redemption is one-way: once converted to Travel Wallet Credit, it cannot be converted back into Points.
3. What Points are not
- Points have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for anything other than Travel Wallet Credit.
- Points cannot be transferred to another person or account, including a family sharing member.
- Points have no value outside the N8Go Travel platform.
Points do not currently expire
We do not currently apply an expiry date to N8Go Points. We reserve the right to introduce one in future; if we do, we will give existing members reasonable advance notice before it applies to points already earned.
We may withhold or cancel points earned through fraud, abuse of this programme, or a breach of our terms of service, and may close a Points balance if the associated account is closed for those reasons.
4. Travel Wallet Credit
Travel Wallet Credit is an account balance that comes from one of two sources:
- Booking Credit converting when you don’t complete a booking within a Travel Lock’s window, or cancel one (see our booking terms); and
- redeeming N8Go Points, as described above.
Wherever it comes from, Travel Wallet Credit:
- may be redeemed against any flight, accommodation or Marketplace purchase made through N8Go Travel;
- is applied automatically at checkout, using the balance expiring soonest first;
- is valid for 18 months from the date it is issued, shown against each amount in your account;
- cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to a payment card;
- cannot be transferred or sold to another person or account, including a family sharing member;
- has no value outside the N8Go Travel platform.
We will contact you before a Travel Wallet Credit amount expires.
5. If your account closes
Points and Travel Wallet Credit are tied to your account and are forfeited if your account is closed, whether by you or by us for a breach of our terms. Where an account is closed for a reason other than a breach of our terms, we will tell you and give you a reasonable opportunity to redeem an existing Travel Wallet Credit balance first.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in respect of a booking actually made.
6. Governing law
This policy is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are resident elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
